Where do our tables come from?
All our tables are hand-made in our factory in Poland. To produce our tables, we use quartz sinters that come only from renowned Italian and Spanish manufacturers, including:
– Laminam
– Neolith

Are the tables delivered as a whole?
Most of our tables are self-assembly.

How are tables shipped?
We ship our furniture by courier throughout Europe. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and the type of product selected. The shipping cost can be checked directly on our website after adding the product to the cart and selecting the destination. Our staff will organize the shipment and delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the customer. The standard shipping service provides for the delivery of goods to street level.

What is the order processing time?
Order fulfillment takes 4-5 weeks. Sometimes shorter terms – even 2-3 days (depending on stock). Each time we inform about the shipment by e-mail (we send the tracking number along with the name of the carrier)

Can I place an order by phone, email or Facebook?
Yes, of course! Place your order as you wish. We will enter it into our order database and you will receive an order confirmation by phone and email.

Is it possible to arrange furniture delivery for a specific time
Although we would like to, our power does not reach that far. Usually, we send the goods by courier or transport company. They set the schedule. But fortunately, most of them contact by phone to arrange delivery. They never go blindly!

What should you pay special attention to?
Always check the goods. When ordering, make sure that you have chosen the variant that interests you (model, size, color) and upon receipt, carefully check that the received product is not damaged.

Is the furniture on offer covered by a warranty?
Of course. We provide a two-year warranty on all our furniture.

Can I return the goods?
It is possible to return the goods if they show defects upon receipt. We do not accept free returns if you do not like the selected product or if the dimensions or color are wrong. Our team checks the quality of the products before each shipment, making sure there are no defects or damaged parts.

Do we offer furniture assembly services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
